which is really going to be great.
So you don't want to miss this show.
I'm going to tell you right now.
All right, you guys.
We're live right now.
Amazon Live.
This is the Medical Medium Cooking Show.
I'm waiting for the comments to come on there.
It's some reason you're not clicking on yet.
Let's go.
Medical Medium Cooking Show.
We're live.
You don't want to miss this show.
You guys are going to want to stay on for this one,
and I'll tell you why.
I got a secret recipe at the end of the show
that's going to blow your minds,
and I'm going to be making scrambled eggs.
That's right there.
That might blow your mind all on its own.
Okay, number one.
Number two, I'm going to be doing a bunch of different recipes
because this is the emergency food shortage tips and ideas.
Now, food shortage means anything.
It means you couldn't go to a store for a week.
Things are getting crazy and busy.
What do you have in your pantry?
What I'm showing you guys here are all the things that sit inside my pantry.
So I can kick back and be like, okay, if something happens,
happens, if there's a storm, if there's a blizzard, if there's a natural disaster, if there's a solar
flare coming out of the sky, I mean, out of the sun just pops one out and everybody's stuck for a
little while, whatever it is, okay, whether it's a volcano or something, whatever, or an earthquake,
whatever happens and comes our way, I like to make sure there's a little something in my pantry.
What about you guys? First of all, I want to say before we get started, because this is going to
be crazy. I got some water getting hot right now. I'm going to make three different kinds of pastas.
I think three different kinds of pastas. I'm also going to be making my scrambled egg dish
later on. Are you guys going to want to be here or what? Because I'm excited. I am like,
I'm overjoyed because this is so fun. I'm going to do many recipes. I'm going to show you different
products. What you're looking at right now are many different things I have in my pantry.
Do you guys keep anything? I just saw cyber attack. Are you guys keeping anything at all in your house?
Are you keeping anything in your apartment? Are you keeping anything in your dorm room?
Are you keeping anything wherever? Are you guys keeping a few things?
Maybe if you're traveling, maybe in your hotel.
I got friends, they're in their hotel and they still have a few things with them in case something happens,
like a fire in the hotel, or something goes on, or a big storm outside hits, or a power outage in
the hotel. And the hotel service says, well, we can't bring you any food, sir, because we're kind
of short right now. Either way, I like to keep things on hand, and I got all kinds of things to
tell you about. This is the Medical Meme Cooking Show. You're here live. Stay here for this show,
because we're going to be doing multiple recipes and the scrambled eggs at the end. Plus, I'm going
to talk about sprouting and show you guys some sprouts that I grew and how it works. So this is
exciting. Okay. Yeah. I got millet. I got all kinds of stuff going there. So let's start it out now.
Okay. I got some hot water going right now and I'm going to be making a pea pasta. So I want to give
you a close up on this right here, you guys. So take a look. Yeah, sprouts. I'm going to be growing.
I mean, I'm going to be showing you my growing sprouts in a little bit. So if you guys are
sensitive with grains, a lot of people are sensitive with grains. All right. Here's a
pasta right here that I love. Okay. It's a green pea, wild garlic pasta. So that's what's incredible
about this. I got the water heating up right now. And this pasta right here is really easy on the
system for people who have any kind of problems. Now, what I love about it is, A, it's dry.
It's not perishable. It's sitting in my pantry in case something happens. You know, so that's
something to be really, okay, what is your protocol when you just eat fruits and veggies?
I'm going to show you my protocol for just fruits and veggies. We're going to get to it. So you got
to stick around for that because sprouts are one thing right there all on its own. So if you're
somebody that just does fruits and veggies, that's when the sprouts kick in. I'm going to
show you the different lentil sprouts you can do. I'm going to show you the sprouts I grew. I'm going
to show you some alfalfa sprouts, whatever. So that's going to be there. Plus I'm going to show
you things here that are fruit and vegetable based. So we got some, we got some good ideas,
all right, for that. But what I like about the pea pasta, all right, is that it keeps the grain out.
Now I'm into grains too. I'm into millet as an option. And I'm going to talk about that in a
little while as well. I might even cook some if everything goes right on the Medical Medium
Cooking Show. So you guys are going to be looking forward to this because seriously,
I mean, I'm looking forward to it. I hope you guys stick around and making recipes. So I'm
going to open this up and get this ready to pop in the hot water. So I'm making pasta. Then I'm
going to make pasta sauce. Here's what's incredible about this whole thing right here.
A pasta sauce, you can just have in your pantry.
That one, salt-free, no citric acid, no oil, just greasy oil.
This is a really healthy one as a backup.
I keep that one in the pantry all the time, right?
So it's incredible.
If you have this in your pantry, just this alone, you got something.
You actually have something.
Now, if it's not the way you eat, because of course, fruits and vegetables and leafy greens are all top priority.
You guys know that.
Fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, herbs, wild foods are all top priority, right?
But I'm talking about if something happens.
Just a little stuff in the back as a backup.
So that's important there.
So I'm going to get this cooking in a second.
So let me open this up.
Good to see you guys.
Glad you came on because you're going to be in for a ride today.
and you're going to need to fasten the seatbelts, bottom line, okay? That's what we're going to be
doing, all right? So this is an exciting time, really, because we got so much to cover
and so much to do, so this is really fun. I'm going to get this water nice and hot,
so I'm going to pop a lid on it to cruise it along a little bit faster.
So I'm going to be making the pasta. That's one thing. If you guys just came on, I'm going to
show you sprouts, show you how to sprout, show you some sprout equipment. That's the best.
I'm going to show you the Berkey water machine right here. So this is the one that I use. This
is one of my favorites right here. I'm not sponsored by Berkey. They don't pay me anything.
Okay. I'm not affiliated with Berkey, but I recommend them all the time and I love it.
So I'm letting you know right there. So that's the Berkey water. And what I love about this is
if you have city water, so if you're still going to have city water, town water, you can get the
fluoride adapter in here, the fluoride filter. But if you got well water, then they have, you can just
keep the regular filters, which is really great. But I really trust the Berkey water machines.
You love Berkey. So I'm seeing that right. How many of you guys got the Berkey? You got a Berkey
too. Incredible. Berkey, yes. You guys, God, you guys got the Berkey. That's amazing. Yeah.
You got one too, Amazon customer. Whoa. Incredible. Incredible. I'm so happy about this.
Oh, you got one. Oh my God. You guys got Berkey. Yeah, totally. You're big on the Berkey. Okay,
cool, cool, cool. That's awesome. But yeah, so I want to show you guys. So am I. How do you like
that. So am I. This is incredible. So the water's getting hot. So I'm going to show you a bunch of
different things. Okay. I'm going to make three different pastas. So here's one right here. Let
me give you a closeup on this pasta. We're going to be making this in a little while too, right?
That's an organic sweet potato noodle. This is an incredible food to have in your pantry
for a backup. If you guys just came on here, we're doing emergency food shortage tips and ideas.
Emergency food shortage could be you being sick for a week.
You get the flu.
You can't get out.
It could be anything.
It could be a blizzard, a storm, earthquake, anything.
It's just one of those things.
Maybe the grid goes out.
It's just one of those things that you need a backup for a day or two.
Or you need a backup for a few days.
It's always good.
Like me, I sleep at night knowing that I have a few things in my pantry.
So, and you guys don't have to have all of this.
Keep that in mind.
You may just be like, you know what?
I'll try the sweet potato noodles right there.
I'll try the pea pasta right there, you know?
So there's different things you can do, but I'm just showing you what's going on here
in the different options.
So I'm getting this pasta ready right here.
And so what I love about this one here, it's grain free. And that's what I love about sweet
potato noodles too. Grain free. Now grain is fine too for so many people. The millet, right?
That's a good one right there. Even quinoa is okay for a lot of people. A lot of people love
their quinoa and they do it, right? So those are your favorite noodles. So Heidi says,
those are my favorite noodles. Amazing. Hi, Anthony. You love my burkey? I love my burkey
too. Sweet potato noodles not available Amazon customers saying huh and should the link should
be there. So anyway. All right, I'm going to pop these in. I think they're just sold out for the
moment but you know keep them in mind and check my store once in a while. That's what I would do.
So I got these noodles right here. I'm going to pop them in. So I'm making green pea pasta.
I'll show you this noodle. Let me just show you what it looks like right here in my hand. I think
that's a really good idea. Okay. So that's what the noodle looks like. If you guys can see that
and what happens is they cook down where they don't fall apart. Have you guys ever tried
different pastas because they fall different pastas just fall apart. Literally if you cook
them a little too long, especially they fall apart. What I love about this green pea pasta
Okay. And it's because it doesn't fall apart. And that's what's incredible. It's non-GMO,
which is really important. So keep that in mind right there. Right. But it doesn't fall apart.
And that's what's so great about it. And I love that because when you're doing pastas,
man, and it's just, it all just starts to crumble. Then that's a whole nother thing.
So what I'm going to do is I'm going to get some sauce cooking a little bit. So that's the next
thing I want to do. I want to make a homemade made sauce. So when you have, it's not like a homemade
where I'm chopping up tomatoes. Don't get me wrong, but I am going to show you later a dried,
right? Sun-dried tomato recipe, a quick sun-dried tomato recipe, right? So these are certified
organic. Okay. Sun-dried tomatoes. I love these. Now here's the problem with sun-dried tomatoes.
When you buy them, they can be pre-salted and intense, intense salt, like pre-salted. All right.
Where it's like, whoa, it's like they just threw a ton of road salt on there. And that's why,
that's why I like these it's rare to find sun-dried tomatoes without the salt thrown in
there all this intense salt and that that's it's okay if you add it your own salt but it's so rare
to find it where boom there's no salt in it so that's really important all on its own and I'm
going to show you that later on we're going to do a little recipe with that I have so many things
here to run over, to run by you guys. I mean, seriously, it's going to be so fun. All right.
So let's do the sauce. Let's get the sauce started right now. So I got some strained tomatoes right
there. That's the bio nature strained tomatoes. All right. And I'm getting my back burner over
here on because I'm going to be cooking all kinds of stuff today. We're going to have a blast,
right? So here's what's amazing about the bio nature stuff. Hands down, the bio nature stuff
just kills it. Hands down. You'll see a couple of things right there. No salt added. Boom. Let me
look at the ingredient list. Ready? Here's the ingredient list. You guys will probably see it
on there if you look closely, right? Okay. The ingredient list, organic strained tomato. There's
no citric acid. There's no flavorings. There's no guar gum. There's no any kind of stuff. There's
no fillers. There's no nothing. There's no, I mean, there's no citric acid. That's critical.
Literally, it's strained tomatoes. And that's what's incredible. And I love how it's a product
of Italy. I just like that. So that's what's really cool. All right. So we're making the
sauce right now. So I'm going to pop it open. Always check your top when you pop it. There you
go. I'm just going to pour it right in. All right. Now you can pour as much as you want for your sauce.
Pour it all in. There we go.
So what's great about pasta,
what's great about pasta, I'm going to put a little bit more too. I'm going to make a bigger
one because I'm going to make a few different pastas, a couple of different pastas here.
So I'm going to pour a little bit more here. There you go.
So I have it in the pot. I'll show you a close up right now.
Now I'm going to add some spices in here. So there you go. You guys can see that. That's
my sauce getting ready. Incredible. This is boiling right here, right? So what I like
to do is put a little bit of black pepper. You don't have to do this. You don't have to put a
little bit of black pepper in your pasta sauce, right? You don't have to put anything in your
pasta sauce, okay? So I'm going to put a little bit of time in my pasta sauce as well. You see
it going in there, a little bit of time. Here's what I like about this. These are dried spices,
dried herbs and spices. You can keep those in your pantry. I love that. I love walking into my
pantry, right? And I love seeing, well, I got my spices over here. I got my incredible sauce in
case I can't make a fresh one because there's nowhere to get fresh tomatoes because something
happens, you know, that temporarily happens or anything. I got my sauces, right? I got my spices.
So I just put a little bit of black pepper in there, a little bit of time. Now I'm going to
put a little salt in here too. I'm going to be the controller of my salt lick. And that's important
to know, right? You guys hit the follow button so you can actually know when I'm doing these live
Amazon live shows because these Amazon live shows are like nothing I've ever done before.
It is so great, including lots of tips, everything else. I mean, it's really insane. You should
click the follow button if you can. So I like to be the controller of my salt. If I'm going to use
salt, okay, I like to know I'm doing it. I'm putting a little bit of salt in there. It's
coming with salt because whoa they over salt everything so that's why i love this bio nature
product it's for that reason alone which is really incredible so anyway what i'm gonna do here is i'm
gonna put a little garlic powder in here now here's the two options you got your fresh garlic
and here's what's great about the fresh garlic it keeps it's a great food like food storage
emergency food storage idea, food shortage ideas, keeping garlic handy. It's worth it.
Garlic is inexpensive in a lot of situations and places. So it's worth having it just on hand. So
you can put a fresh clove in there if you want. I'm going to put the spice in. So I'm going to put
some, about a teaspoon of garlic powder in my sauce, which is really great. Okay. So I got that
going on. And I put the sea salt in there. I'm putting some oregano in there too. So now it's
oregano. I just pop some oregano in. Oregano is pretty strong stuff. So you don't have to overdo
it in your sauce, right? So I'm making this quick sauce. I'm putting it on the back burner here.
Literally, not figuratively, right? I got that on the back burner. So I got my sauce warming up
right now, which is exciting. I might even pop a little lid on my sauce because I know better when
it comes to sauces that once it starts heating up and you don't catch it in time, it's going to be
popping everywhere and you're going to have, you're going to have sauce popping everywhere. So this,
the pasta is cooking. Now you can have your pasta, pasta, a little bit of al dente or something like
that a little bit harder. I just saw papaya. So Jane just now said papaya. I'm going to show you
that in a little while too, which I'm excited about. So there's a papaya, canned papaya.
And that's what's incredible. Where can you get canned papaya, right? That's what's so special
about this. It's such a great staple inside the pantry, but it's not in corn syrup. So keep that
in mind it's not in corn syrup right if you're following like the medical medium monocleanse
if you're following something like that because you're working on your healing in the moment
like what i would do if i was following the medical medium monocleanse i would have the
canned papaya in the pantry just in case because when you don't have the fresh papaya and something
goes on you got the canned papaya and the canned papaya which is really cool about this canned
papaya, which is really amazing, is it tastes great, number one. That's why it's here. That's
why I like it. It actually tastes incredible. It's in a little bit of pineapple juice and water,
and that's all it's in. So it says, ready? It says ingredients, organic papaya,
organic pineapple juice, organic lime juice. That's it right there. So pasta is still almost
done. It's got a little bit more to go. Another minute or two. Take it off the lid. I'm going to
test it right now. A little piece. So what I do is I always test my pasta by taking a bite.
Just another minute. That's it. Which is really incredible. So we have that cooking.
I showed you guys a papaya. I'm going to open this up and show you what it looks like too in a little
bit, which is really cool. How do I watch the recording? I just saw that question. Make sure
you follow me. Make sure you go to the Amazon live page, medical meeting, the Amazon live page.
You can scroll down and you'll see the recording and you'll see it there later on. Right?
Someone's saying regarding metal, do you mean because of the can? Okay. Well, solar flare comes
off the sun. The grid's down a couple of weeks. I'm not worried about whatever steel, plus these
are lined, right? These are lined. So that's partly protective, right? But I'm not worried
about that. I'm worried about having a backup. Can't get to the store. Maybe there's a shortage.
maybe there's a blizzard and i'm not worried about that because one heavy metal detox smoothie
blah blah blah you guys know how it works medical medium information and yeah you're all set but the
point is is that's yeah this is this is when when you are in need you know what i mean this is the
most clean, like clear, easy, breezy stuff when you are in need. That's what's really cool. It's
emergency, exactly, emergency. And it's good to have a little bit of a backup. It's not about
eating this every day. It's not like I'm not going to go and buy a fresh papaya. I'm just
going to have canned papaya every single day for 10 years and never buy a fresh papaya. No,
it's about, I want four of these in my pantry or six of these in my pantry or a case of these in
my pantry. And then something happens. Like, guess what? You can't get papaya. That happens a lot.
I have that happen now where I can't get papaya. So anyway, I mean, haven't you guys ever seen that
where you can't get papaya? How'd that happen? I'm going to put the strainer over here, you guys.
I'm just going to give this a quick strain. This pasta is done. I'll just show you what
it looks like in the pot. Actually, I'll wait a little bit. I'll just strain it. There we
go. So the thing is, you guys, about this, I'm going to be, if you just came on here,
I'm going to be making a couple more recipes. I'm making a scrambled egg recipe towards
the end of this. So I'm just letting you know it's a scrambled egg recipe towards the end of this.
I'm heating up the water again.
And my pasta sauce, I think, is done. So let me get this in here too.
Yeah.
That pasta sauce is done and ready.
Everything is linked under or beside this video.
Just letting you know.
I don't rinse my pastas after I strain them.
After I dump them into the strainer, I don't rinse my pastas.
You rinse out the flavor.
I don't rinse them.
I know that's something a lot of people do.
I don't do it.
Let's see if you can get a focus on there.
Right?
So that's the pasta.
Let's get the sauce on there.
My sauce is done.
right? Giving it a little stir. Now you can pour it on the bowl like this or do separate
bowls. Like you can have the big bowl and you can do separate bowls. I'm going to pour
this out on here a little bit, scoop it out. Now think about this, right? It's hard to
get some food. Maybe something happens. Maybe there's a blizzard outside. Look at that.
Incredible. Love it. I really do. Absolutely love it. So I'll stir it up. I'll show you
guys. I'll do a little stir too. So then what I love about this pasta, it's guilt free in the
greatest sense, right? There's no gluten. It's green pea. You can even put frozen peas in here
too. I mean, you can do so many things. There's no beans in this pasta. There's no grains in this
pasta. So good. It just is so good. I'm just going to have a little bite real quick. I got the water
heating up and we're going to be making another pasta right now. I just want to taste this to
see how my sauce came together. That's hot. That's insane. Here's what's crazy, right?
If I had company over, just a bunch of people over, family, some friends, and I was like,
making you the biggest, most specialist meal tonight. You guys, everybody sit at the table.
it's coming out. And I came out with a nice big bowl like this of this pea pasta with the sauce
I just made. And I put it down to the middle of the table. Everybody be like, oh, oh, oh my God,
you worked so hard, Anthony. AW, you worked so hard. Did SOC help you? Anthony, did Spirit of
Compassion help you? Look out, everybody. Oh no, here's a bowl. Here's a bowl. Oh my God, this is
so good. AW, this is incredible. Oh my God. AW, this is amazing. I'll be like, I just used up my
emergency food shortage pea pasta that was sitting in there forever. And I just opened up some sauce
and I dumped it on there basically. And that's what happened. People would be like, what?
What are you talking about? This is gourmet, man. This is gourmet. People would just be like, what?
I mean, exactly. So I'm just saying, seriously, I'm going to move this over, show you some more
things. There's a lot to do. And we can't be fooling around today. All right. Guess what?
right i'm gonna heat up a little bit of water for my next recipe you guys are gonna like this
let's get this water heating up i got it on this is gonna be fun so let's get the next recipe going
let's see here uh
here we are so what i have here is the quinoa flakes and i know everybody
loves their oatmeal, but I like having the quinoa flakes as a backup. It's such a great,
incredible backup, especially if there's company and you want to offer something just a little
different, not the same old oatmeal in the morning. You want to offer something a little
bit different. This is an option right here. So that's, it's incredible. And this can be made so
easy.
I think we're back on.
Or we never left.
Nothing like some tech stuff.
You guys, I'm going to heat up some water over here.
You know what I love about being live?
Anything can happen.
Anything and everything.
You guys, it was like, what was that?
A blizzard outside that just did that?
The power went off.
was that a solar flare? What was that? Good thing I got all my emergency supplies.
I'm going to be fine now. You guys, if you just came on here, we're Medical Medium Live
cooking show right now. We're doing emergency food shortage tips and ideas. Great way to protect
yourself and your family to have a few things in your pantry. No big deal. Like you can have just
a few things. We talked about the canned papaya, which I'm going to open up in a second. I'm
going to open up that first, I think, too. Let me do this. I want to open this up. I
want to show you guys what this looks like right here. This is really great. So what
I love about the canned papaya is you would never think it would taste good, but it's
incredible. So I've had a lot of bad papayas in my day, like papayas that I purchased.
I purchased papaya and it just wasn't good. It just wasn't good, right? So this is lime
juice, a little bit of organic lime juice, pineapple juice. I'll show you up close right
here. This papaya is actually delicious. It's even got a little papaya seed right there that's
in there, but it's really, really good. So it was quality papaya when it was canned,
and that's the key. It's like, what was the quality of the fruit? So this was epic quality
papaya, and that's what I love about this canned papaya. And there's no corn syrup. There's nothing
like that. And that's what's incredible about it all on its own. I'm going to put that right here.
How would you cook if the power is out? All right. So there's a couple of things you can do.
If the power itself is out, I got a whole bunch of things here for you. And this is one of them.
That's the whole point. That's the whole point. You keep things when the power's out and you don't
have any kind of option and you keep things, right? And you keep things when the power is on,
but there's other problems, right? Like a storm or something else happens. So you keep a little
bit of everything. And there's so many things here that you don't need power for. Here's an
applesauce right here, which is really an incredible applesauce. So I'll show you the applesauce too.
applesauce is an incredible emergency food staple right there you don't need power
you don't need anything you just have it in the pantry and you can live off of it if you needed
to even if it was just part of your food staple for that day you can just get by and get by and
that's what's incredible about that all in its own right there and here's another incredible
staple right here too. But I'm about to make the quinoa flakes any second though.
Power outage. What is that right there? You don't need power to keep all these dates.
It looks so good. Doesn't it, you guys? It look incredible. You don't need power,
right? Yeah. If you have a generator. So Karen said, I would use a generator.
Yeah. If you have a generator, then you got power and you still got all this food.
How incredible is that?
All right, so
we're making quinoa flakes.
That's what we're doing now.
I'm going to move the papaya over.
Now with quinoa flakes,
you can do a couple of cool things with it.
You can make it in a glass bowl.
You can make it in a mug.
That's what's incredible about quinoa flakes.
And you can do this whole spoon thing,
which is so great. So let's find my quinoa flakes because I think they might have went
flying somewhere when, okay, here they are, when we lost our power. Excellent dates, right? What
do you think, you guys? Incredible. You keep dates in the fridge. What are you guys keeping?
What are you guys storing, right? Are you guys have a few things? Is it dates? Is that what you
guys have? Because that's incredible in case of an emergency, right? Can an emergency hit Europe?
I'm not talking about an emergency in just one place or one country. I'm talking about
planetary. I'm talking about the earth. I'm talking about emergency anywhere. Yeah, I mean,
definitely, right? So I got some incredible quinoa flakes right here. I'm going to pop some
in this mug. I'm going to pop some in this glass bowl. All right. Now what I love about emergencies,
it's like the mug is something that's really handy for something like this too. So I'm going
to pop this up front here. There you go. You'll see it in a second. So what I'm going to do is
pour hot water into here. And they're cooking right now. Pour some hot water in here. They're
cooking. That's what's incredible about these. That's what I love about these. You mix it in
the hot water. And you're already getting this creamy oatmeal kind of consistency,
but you're doing it with quinoa, which is another incredible nutritious option, right?
When there's no food, this is incredible right here. So this is a creamy quinoa in the glass mug
right here. Incredible. It's already cooking real fast too. So what I do, you might do something
different, right? There we go. That's piping hot. That's great. I'm going to add a little bit more
water to the one in the bowl. Now you might want it creamy. You might want it thicker. That's
totally up to you. You add what you want to do. So you add what you want to do. You can have it,
whatever consistency you want. I know people that like to drown it out with lots of hot water
and they make it really creamy, right? I don't like it super creamy at all. That's not the way
I like it, but that's just me. Okay. So there's this incredible maple syrup. Now I know I showed
you guys one other one, but this is the other one I use too, that I'm addicted to. This one
will blow your mind too. If you're into maple syrups, you might want to try this one.
You won't be disappointed. I promise you when this arrives and you even have a little bit of it,
it's going to knock your socks off. Like you will not be disappointed with this one. The
crown maple syrup, right? You'll be blown off your seat. So yeah, you put maple syrup on it.
Totally put maple syrup on it. Read in the comments right there. Absolutely. The maple syrup is nice
and big. This one is just gorgeous. It's 100% pure, but it's got the vanilla infused into it.
But for some reason, crown did it in a way that just blows my mind. It blows my mind.
So I'm going to put a little bit of that in the bowl.
But here's what's incredible.
You have your emergency maple syrup.
You can use honey if you want.
You can use honey if you want.
I'm going to put maple syrup in the mug,
in the mug version.
Look at this. I'm going to put maple syrup
right on top like that.
So good.
So good.
I'm a huge maple syrup fan.
I'm a honey fan too,
but I'm a maple syrup fan as well.
So while this is happening,
I'm going to throw some sweet potato noodles in there
while we're making some quinoa.
Wait, hold on here.
Let me just straighten things out.
I want to put this here too.
Why don't you guys be able to see?
We just made the pea pasta.
I'll show you that.
If you guys just came on here,
we just made this incredible pea pasta right here
with the pasta sauce.
And this is just emergency food.
It's just, did you guys know that when you look up emergency food supplies and stuff like that,
and there's different companies that sell stuff, it's all garbage.
It's the biggest ordeal.
The one thing I tell my friends and family, do not purchase the emergency food,
like company storage, staple stuff they have out there.
like they have it in all these packs the whole bit you know what i mean like all these
where they're all dehydrated and all that the problem is they're over salted they're they don't
they hardly give you any you you have to design it yourself and and usually if there's a lot of
garbage in there you have to design your own emergency food storage yourself and you have
to be smart about it so the thing is is that's what i've done i've i've really taken the time
and the energy to know what to have on hand, including for pets. So if you guys hang on,
we're going to talk about totally, exactly. It's garbage, those things. There's so many,
so many garbage things out there. If you guys, if you could hit the follow button so you can
be a part of the medical medium cooking show, because you're going to be blown away for the
future of everything we're doing. Exactly. And you can view the medical medium storefront right
there, right? With the links there, you can see it all. So what I've noticed, you guys,
is that the food storage companies out there that sell all these different products in case
there's an emergency or something like that, it's filled with salt, filled with MSG, filled
with hidden things. It's all garbage. And then it doesn't even, you spend all this money and you
barely make any, you like make enough food to feed your family. When you do it strategically,
You wouldn't believe what you can do to keep your family safe, your kids, your children,
keep your grandmother, keep whoever's living in your household, to keep your friends that
are nearby and help them too.
It's amazing what you can do.
And it's just incredible.
So let's take a look here.
I'm going to get the sweet potato noodles going.
Actually, I think I'm going to do something else.
I'm going to try something to do the spaghetti squash.
Let's go there.
So I still want to finish my quinoa, but I want to show you what I got here and I'm
going to be popping this in.
So we'll do a little close up on this right here.
So if you guys can see this, here we go.
So this is spaghetti squash noodles.
I absolutely love these spaghetti squash noodles.
This one is so great.
So here we go.
Grain-free pasta again.
When you have this with pasta sauce, it's incredible.
All right?
So it's a whole, it says one whole organic spaghetti squash.
So here's the deal.
When you keep these in your pantry, it doesn't even take up any room.
Hardly any room.
When you keep these in your pantry, you actually have spaghetti squashes stored in your pantry for an emergency.
This is smart storage.
This is smart emergency food shortage tips. Really, really, really strategically done right
so that you have things in there for different occasions, for different problems with people,
with their eating, like problems they have with their digestion. Spaghetti squash is so easy on
the system. It's amazing. So I'm going to pop this open right here. Love this. Absolutely
absolutely love this. I'm going to tell you right now, this is one of my favorites.
I mean, I love everything here. I love the quinoa. I love the quinoa flakes. I love everything. I
love the pea pasta. This is like, I'm like a kid in a candy store right now, right? Like this is
like really, really, really fun. So I'm going to pop these in. I'll show you what these look like
right here. So I'll give you an up close on this too. And I'm reading some of your comments too,
you guys. It's very, Trisha Hall says very smart. Incredible, right? Good food. I mean, this is so
great. It really is. My dog loves sweet potato and mango. I'm going to show you some dog food
options and cat food options, right? So this is spaghetti squash. Dehydrated, right? Look at this.
It's kind of like ramen noodles, but it's not a rice noodle. It's spaghetti squash.
How incredible is this?
I mean, I keep like 20 of these, 20 of these in my pantry.
Honestly, if I haven't gone to the store, I can't get to the store or, or, you know,
something's happening and I'm too busy or something's going on, or I just came back from a trip.
I just came back from a flight and I got, there's nothing in the house.
And I'm like, just crack a couple of these open or one of these open.
Boom.
Make a little sauce.
And it's like incredible.
So I'm going to pop these in here.
All right.
They're going down in there.
Right?
I mean, how incredible is that?
So that's what I'm talking about as far as incredible ideas.
So I want to show you here.
I'm making the quinoa too.
I'm going to move this over right here.
Sorry, you guys.
So I mixed some maple syrup in here.
I'm going to move it over.
This is the quinoa flakes.
and I got the squash cooking as we speak.
All right.
So while the squash is cooking,
I was going to show you some other stuff.
So the squash is actually in there.
It's cooking.
So I'm going to just kind of move it around a little bit.
It's going to cook quick.
I already made a sauce for the squash,
which is incredible, all on its own, right?
So I showed you guys earlier the sauce.
I'm going to move this over.
There we go.
So let's go back to this one,
to the quinoa flakes.
I want to go back to that a little bit.
With hot water,
you cook it in just a minute.
Right?
It's gluten-free.
It's incredible.
So I put some maple syrup in there.
You can put wild blueberries in there,
which I'm going to do next.
so I'm going to show you okay there's the wild blueberries now you can do the dried wild blueberries
that you see listed there right you'll see it in my store the dried wild blueberries or you can do
the frozen wild blueberries okay so that's the Wyman's frozen wild blueberries right there
and you can do the Wyman's dried wild blueberries too so I'm giving you guys the options now what I
love about the quinoa flakes, okay, is I put the blueberries in there. That's what I do.
Right here. And I'm going to mix them up. You can keep them on the top. I got the maple syrup in here.
And look, this is steamy hot right here. This creamy quinoa, steamy hot. And I'm mixing them
up in here like this. Now, what I like about the mugs is that a friend of mine was like, hey,
the mugs are a great idea, EW, because the family loves it that way. They like knowing they're not
eating this one out of a bowl. For some reason, they feel like this is the funnest treat when
it's actually in a glass mug like this. So you can do it that way. You can also have it in a bowl too,
but it's so incredible this way. I'm going to have a little too.
amazing absolutely amazing so the frozen wild blueberries are something you can use
first of all you can keep in your freezer you can keep the dried wild blueberries in your pantry
and you have that option so if you're somebody that it's just fruits and vegetables
you have these incredible options if it's just fruits and vegetables
you can do the dried wild blueberries and have them in you know anything you want you can eat
them by themselves you can you can have the frozen wild blueberries by themselves if you want
i'm cooking up the squash pasta as we speak if you guys just came on here this is medical medium
live cooking show we're going to be making scrambled eggs late later which i don't want
you to miss. Hang on for the ride because when I show you the scrambled eggs later, your mind will
probably just go. That's what it's going to do. And hopefully not too, too bad either, but it's
going to blow. So fasten your seatbelts. And I'm also going to show you my sprouts, the sprouts
that I grew because having sprouts, fresh, living, fresh, raw, you know, sprouts is one of the
greatest things you can do. You're having the sprout seeds and having, I'm going to show you
that later too. So we have some stuff to do. So let me move some stuff over here. I'm going to
move the wild blueberries over. Okay. I'm going to move the quinoa over too. All right. Now the
pasta is done. So the squash pasta is done. I'm going to give it a strain. Let me see if I could
show you up close real quick. If you can see in the pot, that's the squash pasta. So let me show
you right here. Here it is. That's the squash pasta. This is incredible. Think about that.
It's not just grain free, but we're talking about it's a fruit. How incredible is that spaghetti
squash? Probably one of my favorites as well. So many things are my favorites over here,
but this is like a big one for me. I'm going to strain it, which I just did. Okay.
All right.
So I just strained it.
Now I'm going to get it in a bowl.
Love this one.
So, okay.
And what's incredible about this one here, you know, when I was thinking about doing
this show, I was thinking, am I going to be able to pull this off?
There is a thousand moving parts, but here it is right here.
Now, what you can do with this is it's endless.
First of all, you can do anything with this.
So what I do is I keep this Amy's Salsa in stock in my pantry.
That's one option all on its own.
So the Amy's Salsa, what I really love about it is no citric acid, no vinegar.
That's what's incredible.
It's the only salsa I ever found, ever, that doesn't have anything bad in it.
No vinegars, no citric acid.
it. It's the only one. You can pop that baby open and you can just put that on there. If that's one
thing you want it to do, I'm going to use a spaghetti sauce, but I wanted to show you how
many options there are, which is really fun. You can get creative when you have a pantry
with a few different cool things. Amy's the best. See what hero says, right?
So I'm going to add a little bit of pasta sauce on here.
This is the pasta sauce I made earlier.
If you guys just came on, I'll show you that pasta sauce.
It's bio nature.
Great staple to have.
Incredible.
Look at that.
I mean, how incredible.
So that's the pasta sauce.
And I threw my own spices in there.
I threw some garlic powder in there. I'm telling you, if I serve this to friends, family, loved ones,
and I made all this beautiful squash pasta noodles, right?
Didn't tell them what I did. Didn't tell them all I did was throw the pasta right there in there,
heat it up for what five minutes and then add it the sauce if like they had that they'd be like
this is incredible this is incredible amazon customer said these suggestions and tips are
amazing you guys it's it's actually it's actually incredible i'm going to try this right now and
then we're going to move on at least we're still going to make scrambled eggs later i still got to
show you sprouts. I still got to show you guys a lot of products and hit the follow button,
please. Okay. I'm going to have a little bit of this. Now this is really hot.
I just got to bring down the steam a little bit.
My God. I'm telling you. And just keep that in your emergency staple.
that keep that in your emergency pantry?
I mean, how easy is that?
How incredible, really?
If you guys just got here,
I made the pea pasta.
Grain-free.
Right there, the pea pasta.
I'll give you a close-up on the pasta one more time
before we move on, right?
The green pea wild garlic pasta.
So easy to make.
So quick to make.
Honestly, if I had company over
and I serve that pasta dish. They'd be like, what did you do, A.W.? Did you spend the whole day in
the kitchen? We feel really bad for you. Wow. Oh my God, this pasta is amazing.
So, all right. I think what I'm going to do is heat up some more water,
for sure. We got a lot to do. I'm going to heat up a little bit more water.
All right, you guys, because we're going to be making that one right there.
I just want to show you since the close up is on.
All right.
All right, let's get back.
Let's get the camera back.
So let's show you a few different products as we have here, OK?
OK, so.
Here's a canned pea, which is a great staple.
Now, it's not like the old canned peas of the day.
This is an entirely different situation, which I really love.
This is something I keep in the pantry all the time.
And I absolutely love these because they actually taste good.
So this is something that's interesting.
It's just peas and water, but they happen to be really good.
They did it right.
So I keep a case of these on hand. So always keep a case of these on hand because you can do anything with it. You can make any kind of recipe with it. You can do anything with this right here. Okay. So I'm going to open these up to, well, first of all, let me just tell you what's in these and I'll give you a closeup on the can right there. It's a green valley, right? But think about that. Here you go. You have four or five of these in your pantry. Maybe someday you get a case of these in the pantry.
You have wild sardines? I'll show you that in a minute, Sonia. I just saw your comment.
You keep a case on hand. What an incredible food it really is. So I'm going to pop open the top
on this one. This one I'm excited about and I've been excited about. It's only in water, right?
And there's something to be said about that when it's only in water like that, okay?
There's something to be said about that. It's just so good. Should we also consider water supply
problems or should we only focus on food? That's why I have the Berkey right here.
You guys, everybody here, I think not everybody here, but a lot of people have the Berkey over here
in back of me. So that right there is really an incredible thing for water supply problems. So
So keep that in mind.
I'm just going to bring it on here if you guys are okay with that for the moment, all right?
I love this system.
It's so easy to use.
It's the company I trust.
I'm not sponsored by these guys, okay?
I don't have a water sponsor, anything like that.
I'm not affiliated with the company here or anything on any level.
Berkey, though, is the one I use.
And so that's the machine right there.
Like, that's the filtration system because this is a water purifier.
So yeah, I always focused on water too, which is so great because if you have a backup of water while power's out for three, four days and you have this container full of clean, fresh water that you filtered yourself, what an incredible opportunity, you know, just to, just to like stay safe and good.
I mean, that's just one option right there, but everybody uses the Berkey.
So many people use the Berkey anyway, right?
You guys, you have a Berkey?
Yeah, they do have a fluoride filter.
They do.
Well, that's the whole point. You can do a fluoride filter with the Berkey easily. If you have a well,
then you can just do, you don't need the fluoride filter, right? But the fluoride filters for like
city water, I completely understand. You can do that with Berkey. That's what's so great.
So here's the peas. So that's the peas right there. And that's an incredible option all on
own. I just wanted to show you guys like what you can do with this is really a wonderful thing too.
So I just wanted to show you that option. You know why? It's inexpensive. It's easy. You can have
a whole case on hand. You can add it to your pasta, easily add it to your pasta. So I'm going
to add some to my pasta now. I think it's a smart idea. So I got my pasta right here.
you can easily add this to the squash pasta. Actually, it might be a great idea, the squash
pasta. So I got the squash pasta right here. Get a spoon out. So what I'm going to do,
see if you guys can see that right there. There you go. I'm going to add the peas to the pasta,
which really is an incredible option. I'm going to mix that in.
in. So here you go. You got the spaghetti squash, you got the peas on hand, you got the sauce on hand,
and now literally you have this incredible pasta dish right here.
I'm telling you, if I made this for friends and family, it would be like, what did you do?
Like, how, like, how did you do this? Like, were you in the kitchen all day?
Were you shredding a spaghetti squash, AW? Were you like, what were you doing? Right?
Mmm.
It's so good.
So good.
Right?
So I'm going to make some sweet potato noodles.
Let's do that for a second here.
So you'll see the link in the store right there for sweet potato noodles.
I'm going to get these out.
I'll show you what these look like too.
Let's see that.
There we go.
So I got my sweet potato noodles right here.
Sweet potato noodles.
So there we are.
So that's an incredible option. Sweet potato noodles for everybody. Great option all on its own.
I'm going to get cooking these in a minute, but I want to move on to take a look at some other
products while we're getting that water ready, heated up there. I'm going to move on to some
different options. If you guys just came on here, this is the emergency food shortage tips and
ideas. This is the Medical Medium Cooking Show, if you don't know. We do all kinds of tips and
things that people haven't seen as well. Tips that are, they're unique too. And we do tips that
are also known out there too, that other people have tried. This is really fun. Follow me on the
show, Amazon, you know, Amazon live. Follow me, hit the follow button if you can. Right. And so
we're talking about all the different things you can do to keep in your pantry in case of a solar
flare, in case of an earthquake, in case of a power outage, in case of a blizzard, in case of
a storm, in case of a hurricane, in case of any of these things. There's nothing worse than not
having something when you need it, in case you have the flu, in case you can't get out of the
house because you just got the stomach flu, or in case you just got food poisoning somewhere,
and now you're just stuck in the house, right? Whatever it is, it's always good to have something,
somehow, anything. So when you're in any kind of situation, any kind of recovery, you have
options, right? Tsunami. Exactly. Seaweed hero. You never know, right? In case if anything happens
out there, you want to have something, you know, in your pantry. Now, if you're not somebody that
likes to do that, that's fine. Enjoy the show and hang out. Watch the fun, right? And have some fun.
But I'm going to be making an incredible scrambled egg dish that will blow your mind. Now, when you
try the scrambled egg dish that I'm going to make, you're going to be probably confused,
mind blown and confused, shocked and confused, happy, happy as heck. You name it. So you're just
going to be something. Let's pop these in here. I'm actually going to start boiling these up. So
popping these in here. Sweet potato noodles in the house. They went in. All right. Let's show you some
other things. I want to show you the dog food and people food option for the meat eaters. Meat eaters
often eat fish too. If there's any kind of emergency situation, it's great to have some
incredible salmon on board, right? If you're a meat eater or for your dogs. Now, here's what I do
for my dogs. Okay. I keep these on hand for my dogs, right? I do the wild sardines. Now I give
my dogs wild sardines once in a while. So once in a while, I'll give them wild sardines, right?
But I like knowing if something happens that I got food for my dogs. But it's not just that.
Okay. There's people in my family that eat sardines. Okay. So it's in, I got people that
I have family that comes over the house and they're like, where's the sardines? I want the
wild sardines. And then I ended up making them a sardine dish. And so this is, this is probably
the best fish. If you're a fish eater, this is the safest fish. This is the best fish. This is
the healthiest fish and the most nutritious fish out of any fish out there. So keep that in mind.
So if you're somebody that's into fish, that's just my opinion. Okay. But if you're somebody
into fish, that's the fish to eat. I'm just telling you right now are sardines. Now,
what I like about it is you'll see it says wild sardines in water, wild sardines in water,
not wild sardines in salt you don't want your fish salted that you don't want keep that in mind you
want to keep the salt out if you can wherever you can and that's what i love about these wild
sardines which is really incredible right so if you're a meat eater and meat's not handy or so
easy to eat when you're in any kind of problem then then that's what you can do right there and
then you got the salmon if you're a meat eater too, right? You got the salmon too. So it's great
people food, but it's great dog food. And guess what? Great cat food. My friends that have cats,
because I love cats too. My friends that have cats, I make sure they learn about wild sardines.
Incredible cat food. So they give their cats a little bit of sardines anyway on a regular basis,
right and salmon of course too or even tuna for the kitty cats but for sure the wild sardines i
always recommend my friends to use for their cats so that's something right there how incredible is
this right so and let's go into now a dog and cat food that i like as an emergency staple
I keep this on hand right here for my dogs. This is the one that I keep on hand at home,
in the pantry, in case of an emergency. So that's what I do. It's dehydrated. You add water.
Now, I wouldn't feed my dog this every day. Of course, people do out there. They'll feed their
dogs this every day. I'll feed my dogs other things, right? But this is my emergency backup.
And I know people that use this for their dog food, which is great too. But this is an emergency
backup for my dogs. And there's also cats. They have the cat recipe blend too for cats.
So that's really a great option right there. You have to think about the pets. If there's any kind
emergency. It's important to think about the pets. It's important to think about what's
happening with them. So that is important right there. You guys, it's in the Amazon
storefront letting you know. So we're covering pets too, which is important. It's linked
here in the storefront. So I'm making the sweet potato noodles. They're boiling along.
They're almost done. So here they are, the sweet potato noodles, just showing you guys.
Letting those cook a little bit longer.
How incredible is this?
Pea pasta, grain-free.
Spaghetti squash pasta, grain-free.
Sweet potato noodles, grain-free.
I don't know how, I mean, how great is this?
We're talking about different options.
We got the peas.
We got the papaya in the can, which is insane.
No corn syrup.
Great for a pantry backup.
We're moving through this stuff.
We got the quinoa flakes.
which is also amazing right there. The quinoa flakes, which is so good. I put the wild blueberries
in there. So amazing. Oh my God. And the maple syrup. Just so you know, that's insane. That's
insanely good. Which I mean, oh my God, that's really good. So we talked about the wild blueberries
right there. It's the frozen wild blueberries you keep in the freezer or the Wyman's dried
wild blueberries? They got packs of dried, whole dried wild blueberries. They got packs of those.
So that's an option too, right? Cats are finicky. So tuna is an option too. So
you can always get the tuna instead of the sardines and instead of the salmon.
So that's another thing too. Tuna is an option for finicky cats. So keep that in mind. So I'm
to put this back up here, you guys. And honestly, the sardines are just so good for people too,
who eat fish or eat animal protein. Like if I was an animal protein person,
so if I was an animal protein person, I'd be doing lots of sardines if that's what I was.
You guys were having internet problems or something's going on. So we're going to go.
and we're going to try to come back on so if you guys can get back on we'll try to come back
